Regarding inquiries and product shipments during Golden Week

◇About inquiries
During the Golden Week period, we will respond to inquiries made via toll-free number and email as follows.

・Closed days for inquiries:
April 29th (Saturday/Holiday), April 30th (Sunday), May 3rd (Wednesday/Holiday) - May 7th (Sunday)

*We accept emails at all times.
*We will respond to inquiries from Monday, May 1st, Tuesday, May 2nd, and Monday, May 8th onwards, but please note that it may take longer than usual for us to respond.


◇ Regarding product shipping and delivery date and time designation

・Shipping holidays:
April 29th (Saturday/Holiday), April 30th (Sunday), May 3rd (Wednesday/Holiday) - May 7th (Sunday)

*Items will be shipped out from Monday, May 1st, Tuesday, May 2nd, and Monday, May 8th.
*You can specify a delivery date and time during the Golden Week period, however, there may be delays due to traffic conditions, weather, etc. and we may not be able to meet your request.
In the event of a delay, please contact the shipping company directly using the Yamato Transport inquiry phone number listed in the User Guide or delivery completion email.
*During the Golden Week period, you cannot write a desired delivery date and time in the "Notes" field. Please note that we will not be able to accept your request even if you write it in.
